Hungary Eye Investigations was founded by Karl Peter Kirk. He has been working in Central Europe as a journalist and investigator since 1988. He holds an MSc in Criminology from the Institute of Criminal Justice Studies (ICJS) at the University of Portsmouth and an MA in Central European Politics and History from the prestigious School of Slavonic and East European Studies (SSEES) in London. He has also studied Psychology at PhD level in Hungary and Central European and German history at the Humboldt University in Berlin as well as gaining a BA (Hons) in Humanities from Teesside Polytechnic. As a journalist Karl spent ten years at Hungarian Radio's English broadcasts - including two years as head of English broadcasting - before working for the British dailies through Vienna-based Central European News. Before starting Hungary Eye he was a correspondent in Budapest for the Associated Press (AP).
All of Hungary Eye's operatives are trained and licensed private investigators with more than ten years of experience.
